OTM Investments

OTM Investments is an independent investment company established by a group of experienced private equity investors and entrepreneurs. The OTM team has invested in over a hundred companies. We are a committed investment company eager to share our financial and business experience with management teams. At all times, however, the management remains in control and is in charge of running the company on a daily basis. OTM will join the Supervisory Board and will make its network available to the management. 

As OTM is not a fund but an investment company, we are flexible in the way we operate. Our investments are not constrained by a mandate or a fund end date. We consider investment a partnership, whereby the management and the investor together try to move the company forward into the next phase. The ultimate target is always to sell the company together with the management; “We are in this together”.
